This module seeks to build on earlier learning by further examining the key areas in which the successful leader must develop. We look at the practicalities of building and maintaining an effective team, including the areas of performance management, feedback and coaching. Widely established models are used to illustrate a best practice approach, and the course includes a multiple choice knowledge check to test the learner’s understanding of the topic.
On completion of this course you will:
