Change management change and people

The second module in our change management series looks at the impact that change can have on the individuals within an organisation. We look at the different ways in which employees engage with change, and examine the motivation behind these behaviours.

The module also identifies four key ‘change roles’ which individuals can adopt to help facilitate the process, and features regular knowledge checks designed to test the learner’s understanding.
