Over the course of 2015/16, an estimated 11.7 million working days were lost to work-related stress, depression or anxiety in the UK; it’s become the number one cause of long-term absence in the UK.

As you might expect with such a prevalent issue, many organisations are taking steps to ensure that employees are properly supported and that any negative effect on business operations is kept to a minimum – and managers have a significant role to play.

This module is aimed at managers of every level, and will demonstrate how an organisation can best manage stress and conflict.
